Dear Ones,

Thank you for attending or participating any number of my online programs or offerings. My intention with everything that I do online is that you feel a part of a community.

I wanted to let you know of an offering that feels very special to me, and especially meaningful right now:

Saturday Virtual (coffee) Chat! At 12pm EDT / 10am MDT

(coffee) is in parentheses because we span east to west coast, as well as some across the ocean, so depending on what is appropriate for your person in your time zone is what to bring!

It was mentioned to me after last weeks' chat, that this feels like Sangha. And I was very honored to receive that feedback from a very special human.

The word Sangha comes from Sanskrit, and loosely translates to "community." Here I would say, "intentional community."Of course it's original meaning is usually attributed to Buddhism, a spiritual community gathering together to study.

YOU are invited to join, and to connect, virtually, THROUGH yourself and your presence to your Self, to others sharing our virtual space.

I guarantee you will leave feeling nourished.

Self-love means knowing that you do not need to fix the broken or unlikable parts of you to be loved.
