Day 4

Savor This. This moment. This breath. This body. Savoring is gratitude. Savoring is the pause. The pause, the space, where the fluctuations of the mind settle into the present moment, and the wisdom of the body arises.

Savoring is not so different from the knowing that bliss is, without reason or cause - Ananda, from yesterday’s practice.

The last few days have been quite content-heavy, and although all of the information leads to an intellectual understanding of what “freedom” might be, until we experience the felt sense of that, we don’t truly know it.

And this is why inviting the sensations of breath and body into each moment is the path to experiencing the felt sense.

I will pause here. And now, as you practice the meditation, notice the parts of the breath. Notice the pause at the top of the inhale. Notice the pause at the bottom of the exhale.

Savor the pause.

Allow the wisdom of the body to arise. Bow to each sensation with Gratitude. Each sensation is a message, and a message that steers you toward self-love, self-care, and better living with yourself, as you are, now.

Practice the meditation. https://vimeo.com/407005986/8c57d06d05

Then, as always, journal.

Be Well in All Ways,

Kristen
